President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu arrives in Germany on an Official Visit

His Excellency President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has arrived in the Federal Republic of Germany on an Official Visit, undertaken at the invitation of His Excellency President Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

This marks the first Official Visit by a Maldivian President at the invitation of the President of Germany and coincides with the commemoration of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

An official welcome ceremony will take place tomorrow, followed by high-level engagements aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation and dialogue between the Maldives and Germany.
