Ambassador Presents Copies of Credentials

His Excellency Thoriq Ibrahim, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Maldives to the United Arab Emirates, presented copies of his credentials to His Excellency Omar Obaid Alhesan Alshamsi, Assistant Undersecretary for Protocol Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Ambassador Thoriq conveyed the greetings of the President and the Government of the Republic of Maldives to the Government and people of the United Arab Emirates and reaffirmed his full commitment to further strengthening the longstanding fraternal ties between the two countries.

With the presentation of his credentials, Ambassador Thoriq has assumed his duties as the Ambassador of the Republic of Maldives to the United Arab Emirates.
